2 graham crackers with pb and chocolate.

pasta salad with dried cherries, almonds, onions & mayo.

2 chocolate cupcakes.
2 cookie dough bites.
diet orange pop.

healthy version fettuccine alfredo.
cucumbers with light italian dressing.

lots of lemonade.

coffee with ff creamer

2 hard-boiled eggs - whites only.

medium light cooler from Caribou.

1/2 C turkey chili with 1/2 small baked potato.
water.

6" ham & turkey subway. the works. light mayo.
baked chips.
diet coke.

1/2 C oatmeal with 1/2 C unsweetened applesauce and a spoonful of sf raspberry preserves. (have to switch it up every once in awhile, right).
2 hard boiled eggs - whites only.
cup o' coffee with ff creamer.

refilled the coffee around 10:45 a.m.

1 C turkey chili with 1/2 small baked potato.
water.

Salsa chicken.
Sweet Potato Fries (baked fresh at home - yum).
water.

This Week: June 22-28

This week has been a little carb heavy - sandwiches for lunch & dinner on both Monday and Tuesday. So my goal is to go light on bread for the rest of the week. I'm going to follow the 6-week diet plan but be conscientious of my carb intake.

Wednesday June 24

1/2 C oatmeal with 1/2 C unsweetened applesauce.
2 hard boiled eggs - whites only.
coffee with ff creamer.

1 C carrots.
Refill my coffee.

1 C Turkey chili with 1/2 small baked potato.
Water.

Small apple.

1 C pulled pork. 1 small baked potato.
Water.

2 servings rice cakes.
Water. Lots of water.

woke up at 1:30 a.m starving so i finished off the bag of rice cakes.

Monday June 22

Full Bar, an apple and a cup of coffee with ff creamer

Potbelly Sandwich: Turkey on regular bread with mayo (whoops), lettuce, tomatoes and hot peppers. Diet Coke.


2 oz chopped turkey and 1/2 small baked potato. 16 oz water.
My first water of the day! Whoops!

Didn't quite finish that morning cup o' coffee so I refilled.

6" Turkey and Ham Subway - mayo (another whoops), the works, American Cheese.
Baked Lays - Southwest Ranch (so YUM)
Diet Coke

2 strips of fruit leather.

Water. More Water.
